Information you give us: your name, email and phone number; the service address where we come to your vehicle; vehicle details (make, model, year, condition); photos you send for repair quotes; and messages you send through our form, live chat, email or phone. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider (see below).
Information collected automatically: basic usage data through cookies and analytics, including pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site. We use Google Analytics for this.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly under its own security standards.
We use trusted providers to run our business, and your information may be processed or stored by them: Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics and our Business Profile/reviews), Amelia (our booking system), Tawk.to (live chat), and SiteGround (hosting). Because some operate in the United States, your information may be stored or processed on servers outside Canada; by using our website and services you consent to this. We do not sell your personal information and share it only with these providers and where required by law.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards including a secured (HTTPS) website and access controls. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.
