These terms apply when you book or use services from Daniel’s Car Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking with us, you agree to them.
We provide mobile car detailing and scratch, dent and rust repair across Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We come to your home or workplace; we do not operate a storefront.
Bookings can be made online or by phone. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, vehicle information and a correct service address, and for providing a safe, legal and accessible location where we can reach your vehicle. We may reschedule due to severe weather or conditions that make safe, quality work impossible.
Prices shown are based on vehicle size (sedan, SUV, 7-seater, van). The final price may vary if the vehicle’s condition requires significantly more time or work than a standard service — we will confirm any change before proceeding. Ceramic coating and scratch/dent/rust repair are custom-quoted. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.
Payment is accepted securely online through Stripe. Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Instead, we make sure you are satisfied with the work before it is considered complete — see our satisfaction policy below.
Satisfaction
Detailing: While our technician is still on site, you are welcome to point out anything you would like adjusted and we will take care of it before we leave. Once the technician has left your location, the detailing service is considered complete and no further changes or touch-ups are included.
Scratch, dent & paint repair: Because paint needs time to set, you may request a correction to repair work within 48 hours after the repaired paint has fully cured and sealed. After that window, the repair is considered accepted.
We treat every vehicle with care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or defects that may become more visible after cleaning, or that cannot be corrected by detailing. Please remove valuables before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We may take before-and-after photos of our work for marketing, without identifying you or your license plate. If you prefer we do not use photos of your vehicle, let us know.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
